Brotherhood · A men’s circle · Vancouver

A room where men speak their truth out loud.

Before your voice carries weight — it must carry truth

I lead a men’s squad in the ARKA Brotherhood: a weekly circle for honest speech and accountability.

What it is

The circle rests on three things.

  1. Weekly

We meet every week, so the circle becomes a place you can count on.

  2. Honest speech

No performing. Each man says what is true for him, and the others listen.

  3. Accountability

Say it out loud, then do it. The circle holds each man to the word he gave.

Why I hold it.

My work is about providing a safe space for men to find themselves, and their truth, through their voice. In a classroom, that takes skill and a little courage. In a room full of men, it takes something more: other men willing to go first. That is why I hold these circles. I would rather a man speak his truth here than carry it quietly on his own.

I lived it for most of my life.

Is it for you?

This circle is for men who…

  1. are tired of performing and want one room where they can speak their truth.
  2. want other men to listen, and to tell them the truth back.
  3. would like to be held accountable to the words they give.
  4. are ready to show up, every week.

How to join

Three steps.

  1. Book a free 30-minute call with me.

    Pick a time

  2. Join the Brotherhood.

  3. Come and sit in the circle.

There are no drop-in visits. Men share vulnerable things in this circle, so every man commits before he takes his seat.

My squad is part of the ARKA Brotherhood, a men’s leadership and accountability community.

There’s a seat in the circle.
